2 egg yolks
80 g butter, softened
80 g sugar
140 g flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp baking powder

Mix the yolks, sugar and vanilla extract in mixer. Add the softened butter, then flour and baking powder. Make a roll and wrap in plastic wrap. Let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 170 ° C (thermostat 5-6). Cut the rolled of the shortbread dough, arrange into molds (muffin or tart).

Bake for 15 minutes.
